Speaker Agreement TERMS and CONDITIONS

By Signing this contract, you (hereafter known as the Guest/Speaker) and Layne Booth agree to the terms as noted below:
Terms

● You agree to participate as a Speaker for one video recording.

● You agree the call will be video recorded by Zoom hosted by Layne Booth.

● You agree to a 90minute ZOOM call on the subject discussed.

● Layne Booth agrees to provide the recordings and/or compilations, coordination and production of this event which includes calls, recording, email reminders, etc. Compensation: You agree to do the interview at no charge and agree not to request any type of compensation from Layne Booth at any point in the future.

● Layne Booth has the right to reproduce the recording in any format, and to distribute, sell, prepare derivative works, advertise, and publicize the Recordings without compensation.

● Layne Booth may edit the Recordings at her discretion.

● Layne Booth shall own the worldwide rights, title, and interest, including copyright in, and to, the Guest/Speaker’s Recording.

● You as the Speaker also retain the copyright and the right to use your own recording for any purpose.

IMPORTANT: Please indicate your understanding and agreement by checking the box below. This will serve as your agreement to the outlined terms.

What's happens after you hit Submit

You will receive confirmation that your form has been submitted from "layne@laynebooth.com" in the next few minutes. Add the email to your Safe Senders List.
Communications will come from this email.

You'll received an email decision in 48 (business) hours.

If you are selected to be a speaker, we'll send you a calendar invite to the event placeholder and you'll be assigned to your specific 90-minute panel, Panel 1 [Tuesday 2:00-3:30pm Eastern] or Panel 2 [Wednesday 2:00-3:30pm Eastern] closer to the event.

30 Days prior to the event, we will send you a link to your Speaker Folder with swipe copy and images to promote the event.

Keep in mind, as a speaker, all registrants will be invited to follow you on social channels and via your free resource opt-in. It's common to see a reach of over 100,000 from these types of highly-engaged events!
